Delivery and Returns

Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.

Upon purchasing your products, they will be shipped to you within three to seven days through the United States Postal Service. A tracking number will be provided. Because your items are personalized for you, we do not offer returns. However, if the product is defective for any reason, send us the images showing the defect, and we will replace it.
To ensure that mistakes are not made on Pictures Forever's behalf with your words or dates, before production, we will text or email the written information that you have uploaded and request your confirmation with the words "okay."
